It is a given among conservatives that former President Joe Biden was mentally compromised when he was in office.
Dems have denied this, of course, but after Original Sin was published, they had no choice but to address the issue.
Now, a former DNC insider is coming forward, but there was yet another massive bombshell that broke on the Biden front this weekend.
Recently, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced that the committee was going to start to dig into the alleged Biden mental decline cover-up.
Comer recently announced the investigation was being expanded to cover more former Biden officials, stating, “The American people deserve full transparency and the House Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation to provide answers and accountability."
He went on, “The cover-up of President Biden’s mental decline is one of the greatest scandals in our nation’s history. These five former senior advisors were eyewitnesses to President Biden’s condition and operations within the Biden White House."
The congressman added, “They must appear before the House Oversight Committee and provide truthful answers about President Biden’s cognitive state and who was calling the shots.”
Lindy Li, a former Democratic National Committee (DNC) fundraiser and National Finance Committee member, has been an absolute nightmare for the Democratic Party. More specifically, she has been spilling the beans on both Biden and Kamala Harris.
Li left the party after feeling deceived regarding Biden’s mental capabilities, as well as by claims about Harris and her ability to win the 2024 election
The Democrat insider was privy to conversations among high-ranking party leaders who were all concerned about Biden’s age, yet when they went on TV, they pushed the party's talking points, something that Li refused to do, and she was eventually chased out of the party for refusing to fall in line.
Li stated, "To be treated like a complete criminal was just jarring for me. I just asked a question too. I wasn't attacking anybody. I just [asked] if maybe he should step down, in the nicest way possible."
For the last two weeks, there have been reports that DNC insiders wanted Biden to have an early debate against Donald Trump to expose his mental decline, but an insider memo was recently leaked that tells a different story.
In part, the memo stated, “By holding the first debate in the spring, YOU will be able to reach the widest audience possible, before we are deep in the summer months with the conventions, Olympics, and family vacations taking precedence."
It continued, “In addition, the earlier YOU are able to debate the better, so that the American people can see YOU standing next to Trump and showing the strength of YOUR leadership, compared to Trump’s weakness and chaos.”
As we now know, that decision is what led to the downfall of Biden’s campaign, ultimately handing it off to Kamala Harris. I would say this... they are lucky they had that debate when they did because if that debate took place in September, Dems would have been stuck with Biden, and based on polls at the time, the energy level would have been so low for Dems, the GOP would have likely crushed them in the House. Even with Harris losing the election, the energy created by her campaign enabled Democrats to keep the House count close, putting them in decent shape to hold the historical trend of flipping the House in the first midterm cycle after a party change in the White House.
