The Rule of Five…
You have probably never heard of the law because it was written about 100 years ago, but it is the law that Schumer is leaning on to get the Trump administration to release the Epstein files.
After the Trump administration backed away from a public release, Senator Schumer (D-N.Y.) seems to believe he has Trump over a barrel, so he is hoping to use the Rule of Five to get the goods on Trump.
This is a mess, honestly, that was created by Donald Trump, his administration officials, and his surrogates.
For years, they have all been talking about a list, surely thinking that Bill Clinton was on it.
Speculation grew after Bondi stated she had the list on her desk for review and that it would be getting released soon.
Then she and Director Patel said there was no list and there was no evidence of any blackmail… and the MAGA world blew up.
After the outrage, Trump decided to play this off as a hoax by Democrats.
He stated, “Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker. They haven’t learned their lesson, and probably never will, even after being conned by the Lunatic Left for 8 long years."
The president went on, “Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don’t even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don’t want their support anymore!”
MAGA was not satisfied, however, but it got much worse. The stance by Trump only led to Democrats thinking that Trump is in the files, which is why he is trying to cover them up.
Schumer is playing this off as though he wants to protect the victims, but that is not the real reason for the transparency.
Schumer and Democrats think Trump is buried in those files to the point that he participated in the pedophilia. So, they want the files released, and Schumer will use the Rule of Five to force the government’s hand.
He stated, "While protecting the victims' identities can and must be of top importance, the public has a right to know who enabled, knew of, or participated in one of the most heinous sex trafficking operations in history.”
Believe me, if something negative about Trump were in those files, it would have been out a long time ago. I continue to stand by my position that they saw so many influential names, they decided to bury the file rather than ruin all those people. Hopefully, we will find out the truth sooner rather than later.
