Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing, and one needs only look at the reaction of Hollywood over Trump’s Iran strike.
It started with Joy Reid and Whoopi Goldberg having meltdowns, but it got much worse once the Hollywood activists got involved.
For instance, actor John Cusack is trying to make the case that Iran could serve as a peacekeeper in the Middle East.
We all know that when Trump does something, the left in this country will never admit it is for the better, such as making sure the terrorist nation of Iran never has a nuclear weapon.
Goldberg proved that TDS is real, insinuating that the United States is worse than Iran. She stated, “Let’s not do that, because if we start with that, we have been known in this country to tie gay folks to the car. Listen, I’m sorry, they used to just keep hanging black people.”
An Iranian dissident, Dr. Sheila Nazarian, responded, “Whoopi Goldberg’s comparison between being black in America and living under Iran’s authoritarian regime is deeply misguided and dismisses the brutal realities faced by millions of Iranians.”
Nobody has ever claimed our country is perfect, as we all know the horrors that have happened in the past as this country evolved, but to compare the United States today to a country like Iran is just despicable.
The fact that we presently have people in media who would back Iran over Israel is stunning, but that is today’s reality.
Former MSNBC host Joy Reid, who has been relegated to contributor duty after losing her show, is now making a case that Iran should have a nuclear weapon.
She recently stated, "The bottom line here is the way that we know that Iran did not have nuclear weapons is that if they had nuclear weapons, Israel would not attack them."
Reid continued, “The reason they’re trying to get nukes, and probably Saudi Arabia is trying to get them, is because an expansionist power in their region keeps threatening them and actually bombs them.”
It is pretty easy to figure out what news shows actor Cusack watches, as he also recently made a case for Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
The Hollywood talking head stated, “Iran will surely rush to get a nuclear weapon-and they should get one -- it’s the only way to deter US and Israel from bombing every country in Middle East.”
Does Cusack even realize that Iran is a terrorist nation and any nuclear weapon it had would be used for terrorism, not as a deterrent?
Delusional... TDS... unpatriotic. Call it whatever you want, but the fact that people on the left are even entertaining these thoughts is terrifying to me. Many on the left have gone off the deep end, and I am not sure they will ever find their way back.
